2. Data processed, purposes and retention periods
We only collect the data needed for each use. Mandatory fields are marked in the forms.

Juridoc Africa services are intended for professionals. They are not aimed at minors.
3. AI assistant and contract analysis
Questions asked to the AI assistant and contracts uploaded for analysis are processed solely to produce the requested answer or report.
- They are not used to train artificial intelligence models, either by JURITECH or by its service providers.
- Uploaded contracts are kept for 90 days so that you can download the report, then deleted.
- Your conversation history stays in your account until you delete it or until the end of your subscription.
- Avoid including sensitive personal data about third parties in your questions. For contracts, you remain responsible for having the right to send them to us.
4. Recipients and transfers outside the European Union
Your data is only accessible to people who need it: the sales, support and technical teams of the Juridoc group, and service providers acting on our instructions (processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR).

5. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise your rights: contact@juridocafrica.com. We may ask for proof of identity if there is reasonable doubt. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
6. Cookies
Audience measurement and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag) are only placed after your consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Manage my cookies" link at the bottom of the page.
7. Security
JURITECH implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption of passwords and communications, access control, logging and hosting within the European Union.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or to regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page.
This English version is provided for information. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
