The connector uses OAuth 2.1: you sign in on juridocafrica.com and Claude receives a scoped access token. Your password is never shared with Claude or Anthropic.
How it works
- Click Connect in Claude's settings.
- You are redirected to the secure Juridoc Africa sign-in page.
- Enter your Juridoc Africa credentials (and your verification code if prompted).
- A consent screen lists the requested permissions; approve them.
- Juridoc Africa issues Claude an access token valid only for the connector.
Permissions granted
- Read access to the legal documents included in your subscription
- Read access to the basic account information needed to check your access rights
No write permissions: the connector cannot modify your account or access your billing or shared folders.
Token security
- Short-lived tokens, refreshed automatically while access remains authorized
- Encrypted traffic (HTTPS / TLS)
- Access suspended automatically if your subscription expires
Revoking access
You can revoke access at any time, in two ways:
- In Claude: Settings, Connectors, Juridoc Africa, Disconnect
- In Juridoc Africa: from My account, or by emailing mcp@juridocafrica.com
